Faith in Film

“Faith & Film” – An All-Church, Summer Sunday School class in Miller Library 9:30 a.m. 

July: Come, gather together to explore how faith intersects culture on the silver screen. Rev. Dan Hutchinson, John Shelton, and Steve Wilson will examine the following secular movies and search out Christian themes that emerge.

• July 7 - Overview of how to watch films from a Christian viewpoint. Various movie clips will be shown along with providing insights and tips.
• July 14 - Casablanca
• July 21 - The Truman Show
• July 28 - Toy Story 3

August: We will dive into Season 2 of The Chosen with Rev. Dan Hutchinson and Jacob Thompson leading us in how scripture is messaged and depicted through this series.
