There are billions of people around the world who are desperate for the Gospel message of hope and love. At First Presbyterian Church, we embark on these adventures with open hearts and minds, often to discover that in doing so, our own lives are enriched in ways we could have never imagined. We hope you will prayerfully consider any of our global mission opportunities. Even right here on the “home front,” you can offer invaluable prayer and support.

H20 Project
First Church is part of an Eastern Oklahoma Presbytery partnership with the Livingstone Synod of the Church of Central Africa Presbyterian and Bandawe Presbytery in Malawi. Each year, First Church members focus on the need for clean drinking water in many parts of the world. All proceeds raised during this focus go to building sustainable clean water wells in rural African villages. There are three ways you can participate in this mission focus:
- LEARN about Marion Medical Mission and the need for sustainable sources of safe, clean water,
- FAST from non-water beverages and give what you save to help provide safe and clean water for those who are without,
- PRAY for those without water and for those laboring to provide it.
