First Church Tulsa creates community through
digital and broadcast offerings

First Presbyterian Church of Tulsa is now offering daily digital communications including services, messages and programs for adults, youth and children while the building is closed due to the shelter-in-place initiative as recommended by the city of Tulsa.

The Church closed the building to the public on March 17 after city officials announced the Shelter-in-Place guideline to help reduce the spread of Coronavirus. Since, then ministers and staff have created programs including the daily 10:10 Pastor’s Message and educational programming as well as online worship. You will find a full list below.

Helping Hand Food Distribution Ministry
Tuesday and Thursdays, 11 a.m. – noon
Bersen Community Life Center

Helping Hand Ministry, an outreach of First Presbyterian Church, is giving away groceries to those in need of assistance every Tuesday and Thursday from 11 a.m. – noon. Those interested can come to the drive-through at the south entrance of the Bernsen Community Life Center at 700 S. Boston Avenue. They will be asked about the number of people in the family and be directed to a parking place. Then, a volunteer will safely bring the food to the car to the recipients. First Church Tulsa Needs Ministry
Anytime 8:00 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Are you at risk and staying home to “Shelter in Place” and need some help? First Church has created the FPC Needs Ministry to help members.
