Katie Williams joins Foundation as director

A human resource blessing came in December when the foundation trustees hired Katie Williams to fill the role of First Presbyterian Church of Tulsa Foundation director. Katie wasn’t looking for a job nor even aware that the foundation director role was open. 

Katie has grown up at First Church, met her husband Glenn at First Church, and with their daughter, Ellie, are regulars at the 8:00 a.m. Chapel service. Katie is an active member of the Session and serves as chair of the Congregational Life committee.

Katie is a gifted marketing executive with a love of First Church and the Lord. She believes that “every generation depends on the one before to help guide them about the importance of leaving a path. This can be time, talents or wealth.” Katie is excited to, “share the story of the foundation and how it helps the mission of the Church.”
