Spiritual Disciplines Retreat - Fall 2024

Come join a gathering of disciples at the historical lodge at Camp Loughridge on Sat. November 9th for a quiet day to draw close to our Lord Jesus Christ led by Rev. Julia Metcalf.

The busyness of life can often cause us to feel like our souls are in drought, and the heaviness of the world can often cause us to feel despair. If you long for rest from your worries and confidence in your fear, then come away with us for a few hours to be still with the Lord to get refreshed, restored, renewed, and sustained.

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord,
    whose confidence is in him.
They will be like a tree planted by the water
    that sends out its roots by the stream.
It does not fear when heat comes;
    its leaves are always green.
It has no worries in a year of drought
    and never fails to bear fruit.”
