Maundy Thursday is a day to remember Jesus’ last evening with his disciples before his betrayal, trial and crucifixion. This year, our worship service will include original artistic responses to Scripture readings, created by members of First Church, that recount the story of this solemn evening.


In addition, this is a Tenebrae service that will include communion and end in silence, darkness, and the tolling of the bells as we remember the darkness of Gethsemane.
