Middle School (Pathfinders)

First Presbyterian Church Youth Ministries strive to make disciples of Jesus Christ who seek to follow Him daily, invite others to encounter Him, and be the Church here and now.

Pathfinders (5th, 6th, 7th and 8th graders) meet Wednesday evenings in the Powerhouse from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Starting September 13  all four grades of Pathfinders will enjoy relevant lessons, engaging small groups, meaningful worship and organized games. Students are always encouraged to bring friends as they build on their faith and be the disciples that Christ calls them to be every day.

Pathfinders is led by Jackson Seibert, First Presbyterian Church's associate director of middle school ministries. Jackson grew up in First Church as a member of both Pathfinders and Exodus. In 2007 he was a part of the inaugural Ignite high school internship, and in 2011 he served as the Heather Davis youth ministries intern. Jackson has been a volunteer with the Pathfinders since 2008 and enjoys the outdoors, missions, ice cream, sports (golf, baseball, basketball and soccer), entomology and the 4th of July. He and his wife Jessica have two dogs, Simon and Winnie.
